Insurance is part of planning for the belongings you put in
storage. MiniCo tenant insurance options are available through our facility.
Ask our team about the current coverage choices, monthly costs and insurance
requirements for your rental.
Choose coverage with your belongings in mind
Make an inventory and estimate the value of the items you
intend to store. Ask about available limits and any special restrictions for
particular belongings. Review the policy documents before choosing coverage.
Understand what you are buying
